
United Festival Organization is registered Canadian community serving organization where we want to help our community of Kitchener- Waterloo- Cambridge (KWC) region in every way possible.
United Festival Organization celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures that make up our community. Cultural events and programs that we offer stive to bridge divides, promote understanding, and create a space where everyone feels valued and respected. Our sister club, Youth club and Seniors club are integral part of this mission.
To accomplish our mission, we have a strong team with the experience of organizing events and cultural programs for more than 7 years for the community of KWC.
Our Team


Tasneem came to Canada in 2009, and she started her journey as a small business vendor and climbed up the ladder as an Event Organizer deeply involved in Cambridge, working closely with various populations, and also as a community helper.
She faced many hurdles but turned them into solid milestones.
As a community helper, Tasneem has strived to create welcoming spaces and foster inclusive intercultural environments for immigrant families and individuals.
Tasneem’s dedication to community service has earned her recognition and appreciation, Her passion for social justice shines through, and her vision is to create a strong and inclusive community where everyone can thrive.
Her remarkable contributions and leadership have made a significant impact on those around her.

Javed Chhadiya is a results-oriented professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a solid foundation in marketing and management. Having immigrated to Canada in 2009, Javed has successfully transitioned his international experience to the North American market. His tenure at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he held positions as Marketing Manager and Branch Manager, equipped him with a deep understanding of customer relationship management, financial analysis, and team leadership.
Contributing his skills and knowledge to different companies like Camcor, Linamar and then as a self-employed, Javed has built his strong recognition in community. A strong back bone of his partner Javed has supported his wife in execution and management of all the events that they have organized together since last 7 years.

Zoviya holds a Masters in Optometry and is constantly exploring innovative practices and staying current with new research to enhance her ability to serve patients and the broader community. She served in various community events in Saudi Arabia and shadowed Tasneem for event-organizing activities in Ontario. Currently she has been actively involved in Professional Association Groups and supporting the community in Canada.

Recently she completed her studies in Supply Chain Operations Managment to broaden her expertise, aligning with a passion for creating efficient, community-centered systems. Alongside her professional journey, she has dedicated her time to volunteering with various organizations in Cambridge, driven by a desire to give back and strengthen the community that welcomed her. She is now looking forward to contributing her skills, experience, and heart to initiatives that positively impact the community. She is proficient in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu. This linguistic versatility is a wonderful asset, especially in multicultural settings and when connecting with diverse communities.

In 1995, Asma Bana arrived in Canada with little more than hope and determination. Navigating a new country without a support system, she faced numerous challenges as she worked to establish a life for herself. Over time, she discovered a passion for helping others in her community, beginning her journey as a interpreter. With years of experience as both a spokesperson and interpreter, Asma honed a unique talent for bridging cultural and language divides, emerging as a powerful advocate for community cohesion and empowerment. Her communication skills, combined with her unwavering commitment to social impact, have made her a champion for inclusivity, unity, and support for those in need.

Khalida came to Canada when she was in 9th grade. She graduated as a Graphic designer from George Brown College and won first prize in design competition nationwide. Although she hasn’t had the opportunity to work full time in graphic design, she does freelance work as a photographer and graphic designer. she loves to people in need and volunteers at a food bank in Cambridge and her children’s school. She has also supported kids in crisis in various communities. She is passionate about giving back to community.
